We offer a full range of expert services to assist you from the earliest stages to the close-out of a construction project. This is broken down into 3 phases: Pre-Construction, Construction, and Project Completion.
Pre-construction
During the pre-construction phase, we will review the scope of work, develop a project schedule, compile an itemized construction estimate and pre-purchase project long-lead or specialty items.
Construction coordination
During the construction coordination phase, we will secure all necessary building permits, coordinate project mobilization, monitor construction sequencing with the project schedule and budget, conduct periodic job-site coordination meetings to review the status of the project, coordinate shop drawings and sample submissions for approval, supervise construction work at the site for conformance to the approved design and for quality of workmanship, enforce the project-specific site safety program, and maintain proper working relationships with the trades.
Throughout the construction, we make sure the client is in the loop every step of the way. We make sure that we’re available for our clients, no matter what the problem is. Project completion
During the project completion phase, we will prepare a final punch list, coordinate all required inspections and approvals necessary for substantial completion of the project, assemble an equipment operations and maintenance manual for the owner, expedite project close-outs and participate in commissioning activities, and coordinate client move-in and building occupancy.
